Each session runs 30 minutes, starting on the hour and half hour.

Weekend evenings are our busiest time in store, so we keep video calls to the afternoon — that way you get our full attention.

We can run up to three calls at the same time, so your preferred slot is usually available. If we're with a customer, we'll get back to you as soon as we're free.
