For any product, you need to raise the request within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. Within these 7 days, you can thoroughly check the product, and if you do not like it, you can file a return or replacement request as you wish.

All orders are shipped exclusively through Shiprocket, a trusted third‑party logistics provider. Delivery timelines and serviceability depend entirely on Shiprocket and its network partners.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery time varies based on location and courier availability.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or logistics issues.

3. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email (if applicable). You may use this ID to track your shipment directly on Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. No Return or Refund Policy

Please note that we currently do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for any products once purchased. Ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Since Shiprocket handles delivery, any transit‑related damage claims should be notified to us immediately upon receipt. While we do not offer returns, we will review such cases on a discretionary basis.

Once our system has processed the order that you have placed with us, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in pristine condition. If they pass the final round of quality checks, we will pack and hand them over to our reliable logistic partner.

Our Logistic Partners will then deliver the order to you as soon as possible. In the event our logistic partner is not able to reach you at the shipping address or at the time you have specified, they will attempt to call you to resolve the issue.

Please note all products ordered by you will be shipped to you at the shipping address provided by you when you placed the order, along with an invoice. Although we try to ship all the items in your order together, this may not be feasible at all times.
