For any product, you need to raise the request within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. Within these 7 days, you can thoroughly check the product, and if you do not like it, you can file a return or replacement request as you wish.

All orders are shipped exclusively through Shiprocket, a trusted third‑party logistics provider. Delivery timelines and serviceability depend entirely on Shiprocket and its network partners.

2. Shipping Timeline

Orders typically take 1–3 days to deliver after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or logistics issues.

3. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can track your shipment on our website using this ID, or directly on Shiprocket's tracking portal.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are allowed within 7 days of item delivery. To initiate a return, please send the reason for return along with images to pushpanjalidresses1@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and guide you further.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. Since Shiprocket is our third‑party shipping partner, we will escalate the issue quickly to ensure you receive the correct product or a replacement.

Once our system has processed the order that you have placed with us, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in pristine condition. If they pass the final round of quality checks, we will pack and hand them over to our reliable logistic partner.

Our Logistic Partners will then deliver the order to you as soon as possible. In the event our logistic partner is not able to reach you at the shipping address or at the time you have specified, they will attempt to call you to resolve the issue.

Please note all products ordered by you will be shipped to you at the shipping address provided by you when you placed the order, along with an invoice. Although we try to ship all the items in your order together, this may not be feasible at all times.

We have made a consistent effort to make the colours and finishes similar to the image of the products you see on screen. However, the actual product and the images on the website can differ! Customer's discretion is advised.
